• 20 Liter Capacity Bowl – Clear, food grade, unbreakable polycarbonate bowl, which easily pulls off for cleaning operation.  Includes liter stickers for exact beverage preparation.
• Mixing System “M” Model – Paddle system stirring with delrin paddles avoids frothing and beverage oxidation.  Good for heavy density drinks and beverages that contain pulp.
• Mixing System “S” Model – Electromagnetic pump system (jetspray) manufactured with food grade materials.
• Dispensing Tap – Two pieces, no drip, stainless steel tap.
• Temperature Control – Adjustable thermostatic system.
• Chasis and Panels – All stainless steel.
• Refrigerating Unit – Forced air cooled, 115/60 hermetic compressor
• Drink Cooling – Specially engineered by Cofrimell in stainless steel, performing faster cooling than normal.
